People who are on a good behaviour driving licence and who accumulate demerit points, may be entitled to one of these licences. If you are caught speeding at 40 kilometres or more over the limit, you may also be entitled to apply. Recently Queensland Transport have been appearing in court when an application is filed. Sometimes they will oppose the granting of an order. It is most important that all paper work is in the correct form.
